Hellenic/Greek Haedong Kumdo Federation
Dear Instructors members and friends of UWHKF, Haedong!!! I am giving you the schedule of the 1st European Haedong Kumdo Championship and seminar.

I am expecting you coming in Athens Thursday or Friday morning and leaving Monday or Tuesday. The place we will stay and do the games is 1,1/2 hour far from the Athens airport. The name of the city is Loutraki and the sport complex named Sport Camp www.sportcamp.gr.

Friday 29/04/2011
• 14:00 pm Lunch.
• 16:00 pm Meeting for all the exe com or instructors of the countries.
• 18:00 pm Black Belt test for all countries.
• 21:00 pm Dinner.

Saturday 30/04/2011
• 07:00 am Breakfast
• 08:00 am Registration for seminar
• 09:00 am Seminar
• 11:00 am Break
• 11:30 am Seminar
• 14:00 pm Lunch
• 18:00 pm Spiritual growth seminar
• 21:00 pm Dinner

Sunday 01/05/2011
• 07:00 am Breakfast
• 09:00 am Opening ceremony for the games, Teams demonstrations
• 10:00 am Start the games
• 14:00 pm Break for lunch
• 16:00 pm Games continue
• 19:00 pm Close ceremony
• 20:00 pm Dinner
• 22:00 pm Party time

For the team that will plan to come earlier or leave after we will arrange more meetings and training with GM Kim
All the teams who will leave on Monday or Tuesday or they come early on Thursday if they want they can have a sightseeing that we can arrange upon request and amount of people. Everything it depends on the teams and when they will arrive or leave.

COSTS

The accommodation are houses for athletic teams event and preparation training for national teams with in the sports camp. The prices are as follows :
For
• 8 persons room per person cost 60 euro
• 6 persons room per person cost 70 euro
• 4 persons room per person cost 80 euro
• 3 persons room per person cost 90 euro
• 2 persons room per person cost 100 euro
• 1 person room cost 120 euro

The payment per day includes sleeping, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and the use of all the facilities of sport camp (swimming pool, sauna, gym, places for training ect)

SEMINAR

The Seminar cost is 60 euro per person

CHAMPIONSHIP

The Games cost for Kum bups and Sparring is 30 euro
Additional categories are:
1. Ssang Kum bups (2 swords)
2. Paper cutting
3. Candles
Second categorie +10 Euro and the other two +5 Euro each

4. Team Kum bup 30 euro per team (no less than 3 no more than 5 people)

Every team can demonstrate HK no more than 5-8 minutes time!!!  ou must reply to me as soon as possible up to 10th of February to tell me the number of the people you will bring with you in Athens.
The booking is limited by the sportcamp and has to be made with 30% deposit by the 15th of February in the bank which I will send you soon. The remaining amount is due up to end of March.
